Center for the Study of Prevention and Violence Senior Leadership Team Meeting

The Center for the Study of Prevention and Violence (CSPV) is based at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO.  Tom and Samantha are working with the Center to help it become a deliberately developmental organization and further its mission. The Center’s senior leadership team has embarked on a process of adaptive leadership, team, and dialogue development. Tom and Samantha are using David Kantor’s theory of Structural Dynamics and the COVE system of assessment, feedback, and coaching to guide the six members of the Center’s Senior Leadership Team in this process.
