Hennepin County DOCCR Field Services: Adaptive Leadership and Team Dialogue

Over 60 senior leaders in Hennepin County’s Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation Field Services division took part in a three-month process of assessment, feedback, individual coaching, and day-long team retreats facilitated by Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins.  This process aimed to develop the leaders and their five division teams; foster adaptive leadership, dialogue, teamwork, and coaching skills and better “enable the context” of Field Services to meet its adaptive challenges around implementing evidence-based practices that benefit its clients and the community.
