Tayba Foundation: Motivational Interviewing and Coaching

Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins are working in partnership with Tayba Foundation to further develop staff members’ skills in Motivational Interviewing and coaching.  Led by Shaykh Rami Nsour, Founding Director, Tayba Foundation is the first organization in the United States to offer a distance-learning program in Islamic Education to incarcerated men and women.  The Tayba team is committed to advancing their collective skills to effectively coach and assist incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people in the areas of  Islamic Education, life skills, and re-entry.
