“Leaders Who Coach Effectively”: 2019 Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties Fall Training Institute

Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins will facilitate the intensive conference workshop: “Leaders Who Coach Effectively”. Participants will learn and practice effective coaching skills inherent in the coaching model “Coaching Options That Are Versatile and Effective” (COVE). The session will guide participants in how coaching can be successfully implemented into their daily work with staff and clients using implementation science.
