Yamhill County Department of Community Justice Juvenile Probation

Samantha Collins will facilitate a retreat for Yamhill County Juvenile Probation in McMinnville, Oregon.  The retreat will focus on fostering continued staff engagement, adaptive leadership, dialogue, and coaching skills.  The Juvenile Probation staff have successfully implemented the coaching model Coaching Options that are Versatile and Effective (COVE).  This retreat will continue to support positive outcomes for staff and the youth they serve.
