Ireland’s Institute of Public Administration

Tom O’Connor will partner with Ireland’s Institute of Public Administration (IPA) to develop collaborative leadership in the Department of Justice and Equality.  Siobhán Bradley and the IPA have created an innovative leadership program aimed at cross-agency collaboration.  This will be Tom’s third year assisting the IPA to foster this work.
