Dialogue and Collective Leadership: 2019 Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties Fall Training Institute

Tom O’Connor will give the keynote address at the 2019 Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties (IACCAC) Fall Training Institute, “Dialogue and Collective Leadership: New Possibilities for Cultural Change”. Tom and Samantha Collins will also facilitate the breakout session“Dialogue and Collective Leadership: Co-Creating Cultural Change”. Sessions will focus on dialogic principles and adaptive leadership skills that support improved ways of working together toward effective outcomes.
