Since facilitating a day-long adaptive leadership retreat for the managing partners, Tom and a team of coaches have continued to work with the leadership to foster a culture of well-being and learning across the agency. The focus has been on developing staff members to reach their full potential and co-create a culture of high psychological safety and high accountability. This should result in increased benefits to staff and patients.
