Irish Institute of Public Administration

Tom O’Connor will assist 12 leaders from different sectors across the Irish Department of Justice and Equality to develop their collaborative leadership skills.  This is part of  an innovative, collaborative leadership training program developed by the Institute of Public Administration that is now in its third year.  The leaders will come from agencies within the Department such as the Garda Siochána (Irish police force), the Prison Service, Forensics, Probation, and Immigration.
