Boulder County, Colorado Community Corrections

Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins will assist an implementation team at Boulder County Community Corrections in developing an agency practice model over the course of six months. This process will be carried out with a foundation based on implementation science. Tom and Samantha will guide the team in forming a Community of Practice (CoP) and also provide related individual and team coaching.
