Boulder County, Colorado Community Corrections

Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins will continue to work with an implementation team at Boulder County Community Corrections for the second year. The focus this year will be to continue to scale up the coaching model, Coaching Options that are Versatile and Effective (COVE) throughout the agency. Tom and Samantha will continue to guide the team in a Community of Practice (CoP) and provide related training, coaching, and feedback to support staff in meeting competency in COVE. This process will be carried out using  implementation science to reach desired outcomes.
