Colorado Parole Organizational Culture Leadership Retreat

Transforming Corrections will continue their partnership with the Colorado Evaluation and Action Lab at the University of Denver to assist the Colorado Department of Corrections Division of Adult Parole.  Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins will spend two days with leaders in the Division of Adult Parole. Their work will support the Department in a novel approach using dialogue and coaching to co-create a culture that fosters desistance. Tom and Samantha will use the COVE model of coaching to help a select group of leaders explore a coaching mindset and skill set.
