Tom will facilitate a retreat on leadership, team, and dialogue development for the Secretary General (acting) and her Assistant Secretary Generals who make up the department’s Management Board. This group of senior leaders oversees the Policing, Prison, Probation, Immigration, Courts Policy, Civil Law Reform, and Criminal Law Reform systems in Ireland. This work began with a process of individual assessment, feedback, and coaching and will move to a process of collective team assessment, feedback, and coaching. The intervention will be guided by David Kantor’s theory and method of Structural Dynamics.
