Irish Institute of Public Administration

For the second year, Tom O’Connor will be working with 18 leaders selected from different sectors within the Irish Department of Justice and Equality.  He will coach them on using adaptive leadership principles and implementation science to guide their work on three collaborative leadership projects around victims of crime, the Garda Siochána (Irish police force), and the prevention of antisocial behavior.  This is part of  an innovative, collaborative leadership training curriculum developed by the Institute of Public Administration that is in its second year of development.
