Leading Change In Pretrial

Tom will be part of the NIC faculty helping pretrial executives from across the US to study and implement the essential elements of a legal and evidence-based pretrial justice program. These leaders are all actively engaged in pretrial reform in their various jurisdictions around the country. Tom will be using the principles of Adaptive Leadership & Implementation Science to coach these leaders on how to create an “enabling context” and use the Stages of Implementation Completion (SIC) Instrument to implement a program that is sustainable and has measurable benefits for community members and the local criminal justice systems.
