The Impact of Humanist, Spiritual, and Religious Volunteers on Recidivism in Oregon

Tom, and his colleague Jeff Duncan, will present on their new research findings to the Senior Leadership Team in the Oregon Department of Corrections. The research looks at the value of the over 2,000 volunteers who provide services in the prisons under the guidance of the prison chaplains, and shows how this work has a significantly positive impact on reducing recidivism.
