Tillamook County Juvenile Probation COVE Community of Practice

Samantha Collins and Tom O’Connor join the Tillamook County Juvenile Probation team at their COVE Community of Practice.  This peer-driven learning environment focuses on refining skills in the COVE (Coaching Options that are Versatile and Effective) coaching model.  Samantha and Tom have been working with the team since February of 2019 on COVE implementation in service of improved outcomes for the youth of Tillamook County.
