Willamette University: College of Liberal Arts Deanery

Tom O’Connor and Samantha Collins will guide the dean and three associate deans from Willamette’s college of liberal arts through and eight week process of professional development, team development, and dialogue. As part of this weekly series, they will use the Immunity to Change® process developed at the Harvard School of Education. The deans will explore the use of dialogue and coaching as a way of fostering a collective culture of learning at the University.
