Immunity to Change® Seminars and Coaching
The Immunity to Change1 process contains “…brilliant insights into the mysteries of the change process at the heart of personal and organizational success…”
– Daniel Goleman, author, Emotional Intelligence.
Immunity to Change® is a seminar and coaching process developed by Harvard School of Education researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey that has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, the Oprah Winfrey Magazine, Conscious Business, and the New York Times.
If you are like most people you have wanted, tried and failed to change something about yourself, your clients or your agency. Although the failure to achieve changes we want and are good for us is very common, it can be overcome.
This seminar and coaching will take you through a process that will give you a new way of thinking about change. Discover what blocks change and unleash tremendous growth in your own development and leadership ability at the same time. Tom O’Connor, Ph.D. will guide you through a gentle and contemplative way of approaching change that is very different from a New Year’s resolution or a strategic plan approach.
Understand something called Immunity to Change[1] and learn how to overcome it and unlock the change potential in yourself, your clients and your agency. Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline and coauthor of The Necessary Revolution says “Immunity to Change is a wonderfully original approach to a familiar problem: why many crucial change efforts fail.”
In the seminar and follow-up coaching, you will test the Immunity to Change process on the “one big thing” you wish you could improve about your own life. Once you complete the process, you will approach yourself, your clients, and your agency itself in a radically different, less stressed and more effective manner. The process can also be used by a team as they create a collective Immunity to Change map. What is the “one big thing” your team would like to accomplish but is having difficulty doing so? Contact us and we will help you at an individual and organizational level to make the progress you want to make.
